1. Returns:
   We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
   To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received. Clothing items may be tried on, but it is the client's responsibility to order the correct size, since all MatScapes apparel is standard South African clothing sizes which matches the United Kingdom clothing sizes.
2. Refunds:
   Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund.
   Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
3. Exchanges:
   If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one.
   Please contact our customer service team at customer-info@matscapes.com to initiate an exchange.
4. Return Shipping:
   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or miss-printed items in which case MatScapes covers the delivery cost and replcament product.
   We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
5. How to Initiate a Return:

   Provide your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
   Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized products and digital designs.
   Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.
7. In-Store Returns:
   If you made a purchase at one of our physical store locations, please return the item to the same location along with the original receipt.
8. Cancellations:
   If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
